Vill du hjälpa elever att hitta rätt väg mot arbete eller fortsatta studier och samtidigt vara med och utveckla studie- och yrkesvägledningen? Svea Education söker en studie- och yrkesvägledare på heltid med huvudsakligt fokus på vår vuxenutbildning, Svea Vux. Hos oss får du en självständig och varierad roll med många kontaktytor och möjlighet att påverka och utveckla arbetssätt tillsammans med kollegor och skolledning. Om rollen Som studie- och yrkesvägledare arbetar du nära våra elever och vägleder dem utifrån deras individuella mål och förutsättningar. I rollen ingår bland annat att: vägleda elever inför studie- och yrkesval upprätta, följa upp och revidera individuella studieplaner hantera elevärenden och dokumentation i relevanta system bidra till planering och samordning av APL i samarbete med vårdlärarna samverka med avtalskommuner och andra externa aktörer samarbeta med lärare, administration, specialpedagog och skolledning bidra till verksamhetens kvalitets- och utvecklingsarbete.

Vi söker dig som har examen som studie- och yrkesvägledare har mycket god svenska i tal och skrift har god digital kompetens och lätt för att arbeta i olika administrativa system är självständig, strukturerad, lösningsorienterad och relationsskapande.

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av vuxenutbildning, elevadministrativa system, APL-samordning eller samverkan med kommuner. Hos oss får du en självständig roll med stort eget ansvar nära samarbete med kollegor och skolledning möjlighet att påverka och utveckla studie- och yrkesvägledningen en varierad arbetsvardag med elevernas framtid i fokus.
