  • Document components in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Develop test methods for new friction materials in cooperation with Test Center personnel.
  • Prepare work instructions and production recipes for brake-pad manufacturing.
  • Take a hands-on role in pilot production and support the transfer to full-scale production.
  • Prepare reports and statistical analyses of particles and fumes generated during braking-system use.

Qualifications

  • A degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, materials science or a related field.
  • Experience with material formulation is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of rubber technology, plastics and inorganic materials.
  • Knowledge of hazardous and restricted chemicals, including REACH requirements.
  • Experience with product and environmental documentation, such as safety data sheets, is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of good laboratory practice.
  • Experience working within an ISO- or TS-based quality management system.
  • Fluent spoken and written English. Danish or another language is an advantage.

Personal qualities

  • Positive, persistent and open-minded.
  • Proactive and able to turn ideas into action.
  • Professional and comfortable working with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • Practical, curious and motivated by technical problem-solving.

What we offer

  • An exciting and independent role with varied responsibilities and testing activities in our expanded Test Center.
  • An informal and collaborative working environment with strong opportunities for knowledge sharing.
  • Good opportunities for personal and professional development.
  • A competitive salary based on qualifications, pension, health insurance and an attractive canteen scheme.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
