Ditt team

Arbetet på vårt kontor innebär en mångsidig och utvecklande vardag. Du kommer att vara en del av ett team bestående av privatrådgivare, kundservicemedarbetare, företagsrådgivare, förmögenhetsrådgivare och kontorsledning. Genom samverkan med dina kollegor skapar ni nya affärsmöjligheter.

Kontoret är idag beläget i tillfälliga men moderna lokaler en bit utanför centrumkärnan. Om ca ett år flyttar kontoret tillbaka till sin gamla adress i stadskärnan efter en genomgående renovering. Dessa lokaler ligger endast ett par minuter från stationen och med bussförbindelse runt hörnet.

Din roll

Rollen som företagsrådgivare ger dig stort ansvar, flexibilitet och frihet att både identifiera och utveckla nya affärsmöjligheter inom din kundstock. Genom att analysera kundernas verksamhet kommer du att bygga goda relationer med både befintliga och nya kunder, där du erbjuder skräddarsydda lösningar som matchar deras unika behov. Du har goda möjligheter att få jobba med både spännande och komplexa företag. Då du redan har viss erfarenhet av företagsaffären ser vi dig även gärna som ett stöd för kollegor i både affärs- och kreditrelaterade frågor.

Din profil

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av företagsaffären. Du drivs av att arbeta aktivt och utåtriktat i lokala nätverk samt med ett strukturerat arbetssätt där ordning och reda är en självklarhet för dig. Du är lösningsorienterad och engagerad i att nå både dina egna och kontorets mål. Du tar snabbt till dig digitala verktyg samt vågar fatta beslut baserade på kundens behov, verksamhetens utveckling och gällande regelverk.

Du har en analytisk förmåga och kan identifiera affärsmöjligheter genom att noggrant förstå kundernas behov och marknadens trender. För att vara rätt person för rollen ser vi även att du har:

  • Swedseclicens för Rådgivare och Bolån.
  • Erfarenhet av kreditprocessen och känner dig trygg i att fatta beslut.
  • En trygghet med digitala verktyg och att du använder systemstöd för att aktivt underlätta och effektivisera i vardagsarbetet med kund.
