Ditt uppdrag som konferensvärd Som konferensvärd hos oss är du den första våra gäster möter. Du välkomnar våra besökare och säkerställer att våra reception- och konferensmiljöer håller hög kvalitet.

Du arbetar också med;

  • konferensadministration, tex bokningar och beställningar
  • konferensförberedelser, tex möblering och skyltning
  • service och praktisk hjälp till konferensgäster, tex stöd kring mötesteknik
  • hantering av förtäring i samband med konferenser
  • stötta kontors- och konferensansvarig i det dagliga arbetet

Tjänsten är en visstidsanställning på heltid under 11 månader med startdatum enligt överenskommelse. Arbete tidiga morgnar och kvällar kan förekomma.

Din kompetens Vi söker dig som vill arbeta inom service. Tidigare erfarenhet är inte ett krav, vi lägger däremot stor vikt vid dina personliga egenskaper och din vilja att ge ett professionellt bemötande. För att passa för tjänsten behöver du också vara prestigelös, ansvarstagande och lösningsorienterad. Du har gymnasieutbildning och talar god svenska och engelska.
