The posting

Svenska Montessoriförbundet är en sammanslutning av lokala montessoriföreningar, för närvarande över 150, över hela Sverige. Förbundet har som huvudsaklig uppgift att verka för montessoripedagogikens utbredning i Sverige. Nu söker vi en kanslist som ska sköta förbundskansliet tillsammans med vår styrelse. Då kanslitet flyttas till Göteborg inför nyåret så är arbetsplatsen förlagd där, och kan i viss mån skötas från annan plats. Rollen är till en början 50%, men kan öka beroende på kompetens hos sökande. Kanslisten har en serviceinriktad och självständig roll med ansvar för förbundets löpande administrativa arbete. Personen vi söker behöver ha god digital kompetens, vara strukturerad, ansvarstagande och kunna planera och prioritera sitt arbete. Montessorierfarenhet/kunskap värderas. I arbetsuppgifterna ingår bland annat: Hantering och uppdatering av hemsida och sociala medier. Framtagande och utskick av inbjudningar, informationsmaterial och övrig kommunikation. Hantering av beställningar, försäljning och distribution av material. Bokning och praktisk administration kring fortbildningar och andra arrangemang. Medlemsservice och löpande kontakt med medlemmar. Telefonservice under fastställda telefontider. Administrativa uppdrag från styrelsen. Löpande kontakt och samarbete med ekonomifunktionen. Tjänsten förutsätter god samarbetsförmåga, initiativförmåga och förmåga att självständigt organisera det dagliga arbetet. Är du den vi söker? Skicka in din ansökan snarast då vi intervjuar löpande.
