Die Nordkurier Logistik Mecklenburg-Vorpommern GmbH & Co. KG gehört zur SV Gruppe. Wir decken die gesamte Logistik-Kette ab, von der Zustellung von Briefen und Paketen über Kurierdienste bis hin zur Verteilung von Printmedien.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Fuhrparkmanager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit an unserem Standort Neubrandenburg.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verwaltung und Optimierung des Fuhrparks: Sie übernehmen die Planung, Koordination und Überwachung der Einsatzbereitschaft und Auslastung des Fuhrparks, mit Blick auf Einsparpotential und Kostenoptimierung
  • Datenanalyse und Berichtswesen: Sie kümmern sich um die regelmäßige Auswertung von Fuhrparkkennziffern
  • Fahrzeugbeschaffung und Ausmusterung / Rückgabe: Sie holen Angebote für Neufahrzeuge ein und schließen Leasingverträge ab. Zudem analysieren Sie Rückgabeberichte, verhandeln Minderwerte mit der Leasinggesellschaft und prüfen Endabrechnungen.
  • Schadensmanagement: Sie bearbeiten Neuschäden, die Meldung an Versicherer und die Koordination mit Gutachtern, Werkstätten und Abschleppdiensten sowie die Nachverfolgung laufender Schäden
  • Budgeterstellung und -verantwortung: Sie erstellen das Budget für die Fuhrparkkosten des Folgejahres basierend auf den aktuellen Jahreskosten.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Ausbildung im Automobilbereich mit kaufmännischer Erfahrung, bspw. im Service
  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in der Automobilbranche, z.B. bei Leasingunternehmen oder einer Autovermietung
  • Erfahrungen in Fuhrparkverwaltung und Mobilitätsmanagement sind wünschenswert
  • Marktkenntnisse im Bereich Kfz und e-Mobilität
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Budgetplanung
  • Sicheres Auftreten sowie Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsgeschick
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Führerschein der Klasse B

Vergütung

Für diese Position ist ein Jahreszielgehalt in einer Bandbreite von ca. 32.000 € bis 40.000 € vorgesehen. Die tatsächliche Einordnung erfolgt abhängig von Qualifikation, relevanter Berufserfahrung und individuellem Beitrag zur Position.
