Job Description:

We are looking for a special kind of person – a St Vincent’s kind of person. Someone who puts compassion, connection and caring for other people at the heart of everything they do.

As a Hotel Services Assistant, you'll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of our St Vincent's Care Services Bronte.

St Vincent's Care Services Bronte is a boutique facility located in one of Sydney's beautiful beachside neighbourhoods. Our 107-bed facility offers a high standard of holistic care as well as specialist dementia accommodation.

This is a Permanent Part-time opportunity with morning shifts available on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Things that work for us:

  • Provide high-quality cleaning and housekeeping services across resident rooms and communal areas.
  • Assist with meal service, including setting up dining areas, serving meals, and clearing tables.
  • Experience in housekeeping / cleaning including laundry management.
  • Maintain a safe, tidy, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities.
  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (valid within 6 months).
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
