Wat ga je doen?

Als gedragswetenschapper ondersteun je een team, zowel op de inhoud als op de teamontwikkeling. Samen met de leidinggevende geef je richting aan de koers en versterk je het vakmanschap. Je adviseert jeugd- en gezinswerkers bij complexe vraagstukken, je begeleidt methodische casuïstiekbesprekingen en geeft werkbegeleiding, met focus op reflectie en professionele autonomie. Daarnaast draag je bij aan de inhoudelijke doorontwikkeling van het CJG.

Belangrijke thema’s zijn: het voeren van het goede gesprek, regievoering, het versterken van de pedagogische omgeving, samenwerking met andere levensdomeinen en veiligheid.

Wat vragen wij?

Competenties:

  • Coachende begeleidingsstijl;
  • Initiatiefrijk en denkend in mogelijkheden;
  • Verbindend;
  • In staat koers te vertalen naar de concrete uitvoering;
  • Reflectief;
  • Flexibel en zelfstandig.

Verder beschik je over:

  • Een academische opleiding in (ontwikkelings)psychologie of orthopedagogiek;
  • Minimaal drie jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie;
  • Een geldige SKJ-registratie;
  • Kennis van ontwikkelingsproblemen en gedragsstoornissen, het jeugdzorgsysteem, therapeutische interventies en behandelmethoden en relevante wet- en regelgeving;
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, mondeling en schriftelijk, en het vermogen helder en bondig te communiceren.

Verder bieden wij jou:

  • Een jaarcontract voor 24 uur per week, met uitzicht op een contract voor onbepaalde tijd;
  • Een salaris van minimaal € 4.119,02 en maximaal € 6.224,38; (schaal 11, cao Jeugdzorg, o.b.v. een fulltime dienstverband)
  • 5,5 week verlof per jaar;
  • Een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,3%;
  • Ruimte om samen met ons de functie verder vorm te geven.
