Hur kan vi få SVT att fatta bättre beslut om vad som publiceras på SVT Play, när och för vem?

Hur får man rätt innehåll att nå rätt publik vid rätt tidpunkt? Vi söker en AI-driven Product Engineer som jobbar agentdrivet och har erfarenhet av att bygga in AI i produkter. Du rör dig i spektrat från Design till Deployment.

Det du bygger påverkar direkt hur SVT Plays innehållsflöde planeras och optimeras över tid, med metadata, analys och AI som kärna.

Ni prototypar med AI och bygger produkt från skiss till fungerande gränssnitt, och testar med era användare.

Utformar AI-stöd i era produkter för användarna och hjälper människor fatta bättre beslut utan att ersätta deras omdöme.

Hjälper till att forma tillväxt-området för att säkra SVT:s långsiktiga relevans

Ditt team och arbetsplats

Teamet Commissioning Support bygger de verktyg som programchefer och redaktioner använder för att planera, köpa in och publicera innehåll på SVT Play.

Just nu flyttar vi arbetet från dashboards och manuella analyser till AI-stödda flöden: sök, sammanfattningar och verktyg som hjälper användarna att se vad som faktiskt spelar roll.

Vi arbetar i effektdrivna, autonoma team och tror på en öppen, inkluderande kultur där olika perspektiv gör produkterna bättre.

Vi sitter i SVT-huset vid Gärdet i Stockholm och jobbar hybrid, i dag 3 dagar i veckan på kontoret.

Vem vi tror att du är

Vi tror du har flera års erfarenhet av utveckling, gärna i digitala medier, streaming eller i datatunga tjänster.

Du behöver inte komma från en viss stack eller ha löst exakt våra problem tidigare. Vi upplever att utvecklarrollen i och med AI har breddats och att man rör sig lättare genom stacken från design till produktion.

Vana av att arbeta med och bygga upp AI-agenter och metoder för att säkra leveranskvalitet och drift.

Vi tror du har arbetat användartillvänt och utforskar problemområde innan du hittar lösningar samt följer upp vad som fungerar och används i era produkter

Eftersom många av våra användare pratar svenska behöver du kunna kommunicera obehindrat på svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.
