As an HR & Recruitment Contractor, you will handle onboarding, recruitment, and team building for startups. You’ll be responsible for sourcing top talent and managing HR processes, helping startups establish a strong team culture. Equity options are offered, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time position if the startup secures investment. ## Years of Experience
