  • Modeling & Staff Coaching: Model strategies and coach paraprofessionals and support staff on the accurate execution of accommodations, behavior plans, and earned reinforcement breaks.
  • Reinforcement Supervision: Facilitate and supervise student regulation breaks, earning structures, play-based reinforcement, and game activities to promote self-regulation and positive behavior.

Multidisciplinary Collaboration & Family Communication

  • Specialist Consultation: Partner and consult regularly with internal and external specialists, including the School Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Family Engagement: Maintain open, proactive, and empathetic communication with families regarding student progress, behavioral growth, and home-school alignment.

Professional Reliability

  • Consistent Presence: Maintain strict punctuality and daily attendance to ensure necessary coverage ratios, behavioral predictability, and continuous student safety.

Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s Degree in Special Education or a closely related field required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of successful special education teaching experience working with elementary students with emotional disabilities and social-emotional challenges required.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
