Stellenbeschreibung

  • Leitung der Rechtsabteilung der Konzernholding SWARCO AG
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für rechtliche Fragestellungen im Konzern
  • Erstellung, Prüfung und Verhandlung internationaler Verträge mit internen und externen Partnern u.a. in den Bereichen M&A, Sales & Distribution, R&D
  • Verantwortung für das IP-Management, insbesondere die Koordination von Marken- Patent- und sonstigen Schutzrechten
  • Betreuung von Verfahren vor Gerichten und Behörden
  • Koordination externer Rechtsanwälte und Berater
  • Bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen (M&A, Finance, HR etc.)

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften (österreichisches oder deutsches Recht bevorzugt)
  • 7–10 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung, unter anderem in einer Rechtsanwaltskanzlei oder in der Rechtsabteilung eines Unternehmens wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung im internationalen Kontext und Rechtsverkehr
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Beratungskompetenz, Belastbarkeit, Durchsetzungsstärke sowie Lösungsorientierung
  • Gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine pragmatische Arbeitsweise und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und Flexibilität
