Du arbetar verksamhetsnära med ekonomisk uppföljning, analys, prognoser och budgetprocesser, där ditt arbete bidrar till välgrundade beslut och effektiv ekonomisk styrning. Här får du möjlighet att kombinera din analytiska förmåga med ett konsultativt arbetssätt och ha löpande dialog med chefer och andra nyckelpersoner i verksamheten. 🎯Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter Genomföra ekonomiska utredningar, uppföljningar och kvalificerade analyser.

Analysera ekonomiska resultat och verksamhetsinformation för att identifiera avvikelser och utvecklingsmöjligheter.

Sammanställa ekonomiska rapporter och ta fram relevanta beslutsunderlag.

Utarbeta prognoser och bidra till verksamhetens ekonomiska planering.

Medverka i budgetarbete, budgetuppföljning och ekonomisk styrning.

Vara ett rådgivande stöd till chefer i budgetrelaterade och ekonomiska frågor.

Samarbeta med befintliga controllers för att säkerställa kvalitet och kontinuitet i ekonomiarbetet.

✅Vi söker dig som har Akademisk examen inom ekonomi.

3-5 års erfarenhet av kvalificerat controllerarbete, ekonomisk uppföljning och analys.

God förståelse för budgetarbete, prognoser och ekonomisk rapportering.

Förmåga att arbeta självständigt, strukturerat och lösningsorienterat.

God kommunikativ förmåga och trygghet i dialog med verksamhetens chefer.

Det är särskilt meriterande om du har:

Tidigare erfarenhet från statlig verksamhet.

Erfarenhet av ekonomisystemet Agresso.

Erfarenhet av Hypergene för budget- och prognosarbete.

Personliga egenskaper Vi tror att du är en analytisk och ansvarstagande person som gillar att skapa struktur, förstå ekonomiska samband och bidra med insikter som gör skillnad. Du har lätt för att sätta dig in i nya verksamheter, arbetar självständigt och känner dig bekväm med att kommunicera ekonomiska resultat och analyser till olika målgrupper. Du trivs i en roll där du får kombinera noggrannhet med helhetsperspektiv och där din kompetens blir ett värdefullt stöd i verksamhetens beslutsfattande. 📍Praktisk information Placering: Stockholm
