Interim Business Support Partner – Stockholm Vill du kombinera affärsmässighet, bolagsstyrning och verksamhetsutveckling i en bred och ansvarsfull roll? Vi söker nu en erfaren Business Support Partner till ett konsultuppdrag i Stockholm, där du får arbeta nära CFO och ledning i en verksamhetsnära och självständig funktion. 🚀 Om uppdraget Du får en central roll i att säkerställa kontinuitet och struktur inom avtalshantering, compliance, bolagsstyrning och verksamhetsstöd. Uppdraget kombinerar strategiskt stöd med operativt ansvar. Du blir en viktig samarbetspartner till CFO och ledningen, samtidigt som du fungerar som kontaktpunkt för verksamhetens frågor inom avtal, styrning och regelefterlevnad. Rollen kräver inte specialistkompetens inom juridik. Mer komplexa juridiska frågor och offentliga upphandlingar hanteras av externa specialister. 💼 Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter Ansvara för avtalshantering och administration av avtalssystem.

Säkerställa uppföljning av avtal, förlängningar, optioner och uppsägningstider.

Samordna avtalsprocesser med verksamheten, leverantörer och externa rådgivare.

Stödja arbetet med compliance, interna styrdokument och bolagsstyrning.

Samordna uppdatering och uppföljning av policyer och riktlinjer.

Bidra med affärsmässiga analyser, riskbedömningar och beslutsunderlag.

Vara ett kvalificerat stöd till CFO och ledningen.

Driva processförbättringar, dokumentation och effektivisering inom verksamheten.

🎯 Vi söker dig som har Minst 7–10 års relevant erfarenhet från liknande roller.

Erfarenhet av att arbeta nära ledning eller företagsledning.

God förståelse för avtalshantering, compliance, intern styrning och verksamhetsutveckling.

Akademisk examen inom företagsekonomi, juridik, statsvetenskap, offentlig förvaltning eller motsvarande utbildning.

Flytande svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift.

⭐ Meriterande Juristexamen.

Erfarenhet från statligt ägda bolag, offentlig verksamhet eller politiskt styrda organisationer.
