Product Owner – Stockholm💼 Om rollen Vi söker en erfaren och affärsdriven Product Owner som vill ta en central roll i gränslandet mellan verksamhet och teknik. Här får du möjlighet att påverka produktstrategi, driva digital utveckling och säkerställa att tekniska lösningar skapar verkligt affärsvärde. Som Product Owner ansvarar du för produktens riktning, strategi och prioriteringar. Du driver produktens roadmap, hanterar och prioriterar backloggen samt säkerställer en effektiv balans mellan nyutveckling, förvaltning, innovation och teknisk skuld. Du arbetar nära intressenter inom verksamhet, produkt och digital utveckling samt samarbetar med agila utvecklingsteam bestående av utvecklare, testare, arkitekter och analytiker. Rollen passar dig som trivs med att kombinera strategiskt produktägarskap med operativt arbete och som har förmågan att omsätta verksamhetens behov till hållbara tekniska lösningar. 🎯 Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter Ansvara för produktstrategi, roadmap och övergripande produktprioriteringar.

Äga, utveckla och prioritera produktbackloggen utifrån affärsvärde och verksamhetens behov.

Balansera nyutveckling, förvaltning, innovation och teknisk skuld.

Samla in, analysera och tydliggöra krav från verksamheten och andra intressenter.

Samarbeta med agila utvecklingsteam och bidra i tekniska och arkitektoniska diskussioner.

Definiera och följa upp produktmål, KPI och andra relevanta nyckeltal.

Driva och koordinera initiativ mellan olika team och funktioner.

Säkerställa att utvecklingen följer relevanta policyer, riktlinjer och regelverk.

Identifiera, hantera och eskalera risker vid behov.

Bidra till kontinuerlig förbättring av processer, arbetssätt och samarbete.

✅ Vi söker dig som har Flera års erfarenhet av arbete inom utvecklings- och förvaltningsorganisationer.

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att balansera affärsvärde, ekonomiska överväganden och produktprioriteringar.

Erfarenhet av agila utvecklingsmiljöer och praktiskt arbete med produktbackloggar.

Mycket god förmåga att kommunicera och samarbeta med intressenter på olika nivåer.

God förståelse för samspelet mellan verksamhetens behov och tekniska förutsättningar.

⭐ Meriterande erfarenheter Erfarenhet från telekombranschen eller arbete med digitala kundresor.

Erfarenhet av att samarbeta över flera team eller driva tvärfunktionella initiativ.

Erfarenhet av produktmätetal, KPI och datadrivet beslutsfattande.
