Senior Project Manager – Vulnerability Management🚀 Om rollen Vi söker en erfaren och självgående projektledare med gedigen kompetens inom IT-säkerhet, sårbarhetshantering och IT-drift. Du får en central roll i ett säkerhetskritiskt förbättringsarbete där fokus ligger på att utveckla och effektivisera hanteringen av sårbarheter i en komplex IT-miljö. I rollen ansvarar du för att leda initiativ som stärker organisationens förmåga att identifiera, prioritera och åtgärda kritiska säkerhetsrisker. Du arbetar nära IT-drift, säkerhetsspecialister och andra intressenter för att säkerställa effektiva processer och långsiktigt hållbara lösningar. 💼 Dina arbetsuppgifter Leda och samordna projekt inom vulnerability management och remediation.

Utveckla och implementera processer för hantering av särskilt kritiska säkerhetssårbarheter, exempelvis kända exploaterade sårbarheter (KEV) i internetexponerade system.

Identifiera möjligheter att automatisera säkerhetsåtgärder och implementera automatiserade lösningar där det är möjligt.

Utveckla och implementera kompenserande säkerhetskontroller när snabb patchning inte är möjlig.

Arbeta med lösningar såsom virtual patching, nätverkssegmentering och säkerhetsrelaterade konfigurationsförändringar.

Samordna tekniska team och andra intressenter för att säkerställa framdrift och kvalitet.

Följa upp aktiviteter, hantera beroenden och säkerställa att förbättringsåtgärder genomförs enligt plan.

✅ Kvalifikationer och krav Vi söker dig som har:

Gedigen erfarenhet av projektledning inom IT och tekniskt komplexa miljöer.

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av stakeholder management och samordning av olika intressenter.

God kompetens inom vulnerability management och remediation.

Erfarenhet av IT-drift, inklusive patch management och virtual patching.

Erfarenhet av att självständigt driva komplexa uppdrag och ta ansvar för större arbetsgrupper.

Hög teknisk kompetens och förmåga att omsätta säkerhetskrav till konkreta åtgärder.

Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.
