This role manages the full‑cycle recruitment process for corporate and professional positions while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and a key ambassador of the company’s employer brand.

Why you'll love this role:

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to partner directly with business leaders and make a visible impact by shaping hiring strategies that drive the organization forward. Essential duties include the following:

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs, position requirements, and talent strategies.
  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including requisition intake, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer coordination.
  • Review resumes and applications; conduct behavioral and competency‑based interviews to assess experience, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, market conditions, and applicable employment laws.
  • Develop, revise, and maintain accurate job descriptions and ensure consistency across the organization.
  • Create and manage job postings across internal and external platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, referrals, and proactive sourcing initiatives.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and internet‑based recruiting tools to manage candidate flow and documentation.
  • Coordinate pre‑employment assessments, background checks, and screenings.
  • Partner with external recruiting firms and staffing agencies as needed.
  • Maintain staffing reports, recruiting metrics, and organizational charts.
  • Support special recruiting programs, initiatives, and employer branding efforts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and compliance requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet‑based recruiting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through on commitments.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
