The posting

Für unseren Bereich Personal in unserer Hauptverwaltung in Ratingen suchen wir ab sofort eine/n Personalreferenten (m/w/d) für unsere Personalbetreuung.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Ganzheitliche Betreuung eines definierten Mitarbeiterkreises einschließlich der Auszubildenden sowie Rekrutierung kaufmännischer und technischer Auszubildender
  • Beratung der Führungskräfte in personalwirtschaftlichen und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung personeller Einzelmaßnahmen einschließlich Ermahnungen, Abmahnungen, Kündigungen und Aufhebungsverträgen
  • Erstellung qualifizierter Arbeitszeugnisse
  • Mitwirkung bei der Personal- und Personalbudgetplanung
  • Durchführung abrechnungsvorbereitender und -nachbereitender Tätigkeiten einschließlich Pflege der Zeitwirtschaft sowie Kontrolle und sachlicher Prüfung von Reisekostenabrechnungen
  • Erstellung von HR-Auswertungen und Statistiken sowie Mitwirkung bei personalbezogenen Jahresabschlussarbeiten
  • Betreuung ausgewählter administrativer HR-Themen, insbesondere der betrieblichen Altersversorgung
  • Mitarbeit in nationalen und internationalen HR-Projekten
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal bzw. Wirtschafts-/Sozialwissenschaften oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit personalwirtschaftlicher Weiterbildung, z. B. Personalfachkaufmann/-frau
  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung in einer generalistischen HR-Funktion
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Individualarbeitsrecht und praktische Erfahrung mit personellen Einzelmaßnahmen, insbesondere Abmahnungen, Kündigungen und Aufhebungsverträgen
  • Erfahrung in der Beratung von Führungskräften
  • Erfahrung im Recruiting, idealerweise auch im Ausbildungsrecruiting
  • Grundverständnis für Entgeltabrechnungsprozesse sowie Erfahrung mit abrechnungsvor- und -nachbereitenden Tätigkeiten, Zeitwirtschaft und Reisekostenprozessen
  • Grundkenntnisse in personalbezogenen Jahresabschlussarbeiten und Rückstellungen
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse für die Mitarbeit in internationalen HR-Projekten sind zwingend erforderlich
  • Ausgeprägte dienstleistungsorientierte Haltung
  • Hohes Maß an Empathie
  • Kommunikationsstärke
