The posting

Für unseren Geschäftsbereich Service am Standort in Doberlug-Kirchhain suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin einen vertriebsorientierten Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für den Verkauf von Ersatzteilen und Serviceleistungen in der Fläche Doberlug-Kirchhain – Dresden – Altenberg – Bautzen – Cottbus.

Zu der Rolle gehört ein attraktiver Firmenwagen, auch zur privaten Nutzung ohne km-Begrenzung. Sämtliche anfallenden Benzinkosten werden von Swecon übernommen. Vertragsbestandteil ist ebenso ein Home-Office, aus welchem heraus Sie Ihre Touren planen und starten können.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Verkauf von Ersatzteilen und Serviceleistungen (z. B. Wartungsverträge) im Außendienst, inkl. Angebotserstellung und -abwicklung
  • Neukundengewinnung in den genannten Bereichen
  • Nachhalten von Ersatzteil- und Serviceangeboten
  • Beratung von Bestandskunden zum Werterhalt Maschinen
  • Schnittstelle zum Geschäftsbereich Neumaschinenvertrieb zwecks Unterstützung der Vertriebsmitarbeiter sowie Platzierung von z. B. Serviceverträgen für den Kundendienst
  • Persönliche Kundenbetreuung im Bereich Service
  • Technische Beratung über die Verwendung von Ersatzteilen
  • Optimierung des Marktumfeldes durch offene Sicht auf neue Trends
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung z.B. Automobilkaufmann / Automobilkauffrau (m/w/d), Industriekaufmann / Industriekauffrau (m/w/d), Kaufmann / Kauffrau im Großhandel / Außenhandel / Einzelhandel (m/w/d) oder aber Mechatroniker / Mechatronikerin (m/w/d), etc.
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung aus dem vertriebsorientierten Kundendienst/ Ersatzteilwesen
  • Technisches Interesse und Verständnis für die Baumaschinentechnik
  • Affinität für Digitalisierung, z. B. hinsichtlich Telemetriedaten der Maschinen
  • Hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
  • Überzeugungskraft und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office/ ERP-Systeme)
