Nu söker vi en Process Lead till vår fabrik i Kungälv som kommer arbeta nära produktionen och bidra till att våra processer och alltid håller hög kvalitet. Om du trivs i en produktionsnära miljö och motiveras av att förstå processer på djupet, då är detta tjänsten för dig.

Din påverkan Som Process Lead är du navet i vår strävan efter stabila, effektiva och förlustfria processer. Du blir den som säkerställer att våra arbetssätt följer PMI:s standarder, driver förbättringar och bygger kompetenser hos våra operatörer. Du arbetar du nära produktionen är en viktig länk mellan produktion, teknik och kvalitet, där du använder data och analys för att identifiera förbättringsområden och möjliggöra bättre beslut.

Arbetsuppgifter Driva förlusteliminering genom strukturerad problemlösning och väl fungerande processkontroll. Vara teknisk expert för produktionens processer och stötta teamen i problemlösning och felsökning. Säkerställa att OPEN+, system, verktyg och Daily Management Systems (DMS) tillämpas på rätt sätt i driftmiljön. Äga processer som Centerline, Rapid Change Over och Change Management och se till att standarder hålls uppdaterade och efterlevs. Delta aktivt i Daily Direction Setting (DDS) och bidra med data, analyser och åtgärder som stöttar lagets prioriteringar. Granska linjens prestanda, identifiera förbättringsmöjligheter och driva aktiviteter som hjälper teamet nå sina KPI:er. Leda förändringar och initiativ på linjen, inklusive implementering av nya standarder och förbättringar. Samarbeta nära våra ledare inom produktion och andra funktioner för att säkerställa att våra arbetsprocesser följer OPEN+-pelarnas krav och utvecklingssteg.

Kvalifikationer och kompetenser Eftergymnasial utbildning inom produktion, maskinteknik eller liknande. Erfarenhet från tillverkande industri och produktion. God förståelse för processutveckling, processtyrning och kontinuerligt förbättringsarbete. Erfarenhet av att arbeta med KPI:er, dataanalys, processer och prestationsuppföljning. Kunskap inom Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence eller liknande arbetssätt. Du är analytisk, strukturerad och har förmågan att omsätta data till konkreta förbättringar i verksamheten. Goda IT-kunskaper och datorvana, inklusive arbete i Microsoft Office. Flytande i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.
