The posting

Nu söker vi en ny kundservice-stjärna till vårt Sweefgäng och kanske är det just du? Vi på Sweef har ett episkt uppdrag som går ut på att utveckla och sälja Sveriges skönaste möbler. Vi säljer online men har även showroom/kontor på Drottninggatan 75 i Stockholm.

The magic happens i vårt showroom där vi förutom försäljning har en nära dialog med möbelfabriker för att kontinuerligt förbättra våra produkter och ta fram nya modeller. Allt har vi suttit, slappat och sovit i för att försäkra oss om att möblerna verkligen förtjänar titeln Sveriges skönaste. Glädjande nog har arbetet lönat sig och vi finns nu på tre marknader, Sverige, Norge och Tyskland. Vi växer fort och behöver nu utöka vårt dreamteam med en multibegåvad kundservice-stjärna!

Tjänsten innefattar heltid, du kommer att jobba med all form av kundärenden via mail, telefon, chatt, reklamationshantering samt sociala kanaler. Du kommer även att, tillsammans med dina kollegor, jobba med sälj direkt till kund i vårt showroom. Tjänsten innebär en chans för dig att komma in i ett snabbt växande företag som mutat in ett passionerat revir i möbelbranschen.

Vi välkomnar dig som vill få möjligheten att växa både yrkesmässigt och som person. Trivs du i en miljö med korta beslutsvägar och mycket kreativitet har du hittat rätt.
