Sweet D's Cuisine is seeking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve issues, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional service across phone, email, or chat platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, or live chat
  • Handle and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Process orders, returns, and refunds
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the system
  • Provide product/service information and troubleshoot issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
  • Meet or exceed performance and satisfaction targets

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus)
  • 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus
  • Basic computer proficiency and typing speed
