In dieser anspruchsvollen Funktion trägst du die Gesamtverantwortung für das Privatkundengeschäft der Region Ostschweiz mit ca. 110 Mitarbeitern verteilt über fünfzehn Standorte (Generalagenturen/Agenturen). Dabei bist du direkt dem Regionaldirektor unterstellt. Dein Arbeitsort ist sowohl in St. Gallen wie auch in Winterthur.

So gestaltest du Gesundheit mit ###

  • Sicherstellung der notwendigen Massnahmen zur Erreichung der Portefeuille- und Produktionsziele im Privatkundengeschäft im Gebiet der Region Ostschweiz
  • Planung und Umsetzung der notwendigen Massnahmen zur Erreichung der Kundenzufriedenheitsziele
  • Sicherstellung des Lead- und Kampagnenmanagements zwischen den Bereichen Kundenbetreuung und Vertrieb Privatkunden sowie Umsetzung der Gewinnungskampagnen
  • Erste fachliche Ansprechperson in der Region für alle vertriebsrelevanten Kundenprozesse im Privatkundengeschäft
  • Erstellung und Umsetzung eines regionalen Marketingplans im Privatkundengeschäft inkl. Markanalyse
  • Durchführung von regionalen Marketingaktionen im Privatkundengeschäft in Koordination mit dem Regionaldirektor
  • Unterstützung der Generaldirektion in Projekten und Verantwortung für Teilprojekte sowie Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung der Prozesse
  • Führung, Ausbildung und Förderung der organisatorischen Einheit Vertrieb Privatkunden

Das zeichnet dich aus ###

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder gleichwertig, ergänzt durch eine betriebswirtschaftliche und/oder verkaufsspezifische Weiterbildung, Mindeststufe HF
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position, vorzugsweise in der Kranken-/Sozialversicherungsbranche oder Privatassekuranz
  • Versicherungsvermittler/-in VBV, Profil Allbranche
  • Führungs- und Coachingerfahrung im Vertrieb
  • Akquisitions- und Verkaufsflair
  • Umfassendes Beziehungsnetz im Verkaufsgebiet sowie ausgeprägte Marktkenntnisse
  • Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten mündlich/schriftlich sowie repräsentative Persönlichkeit mit einwandfreier und situationsgerechter Auftrittskompetenz
