  • Mitarbeit in Projekten

Das zeichnet dich aus ###

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Erfahrung in der Versicherungsbranche setzen wir voraus
  • Erste Führungserfahrung ist wünschenswert
  • VBV-Ausbildung vorhanden oder Bereitschaft, diese raschmöglichst zu absolvieren
  • Kundenanliegen nimmst du ernst und bietest die bestmögliche Lösung an
  • Einsatzbereitschaft, Integrität und dein kundenorientiertes Denken runden dein Profil ab
  • Das Potenzial deiner Mitarbeitenden erkennst du und unterstützt und förderst sie in ihrer Entwicklung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
