Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and professional Senior Executive - HRBP to join our organization in Noida, India. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted business partner to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, driving organizational effectiveness through strategic HR initiatives, employee engagement, and organizational development. You will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives while ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee growth.

  • Partner with business leaders and department heads to understand organizational needs and develop customized HR strategies that support business goals and drive organizational performance
  • Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management guidance, and disciplinary actions, while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring fair and consistent application of policies
  • Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning, high-potential identification, and career development programs to build organizational capability and retain top talent
  • Design and implement organizational development programs, change management initiatives, and training interventions to enhance employee capabilities and organizational effectiveness
  • Analyze HR metrics, workforce data, and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving organizational efficiency and employee engagement
  • Ensure full compliance with Indian employment laws, labor regulations, and company policies; stay current with regulatory changes and advise leadership on compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop talent acquisition strategies, define competency frameworks, and support the hiring of key positions
  • Facilitate communication between HR and business units to ensure consistent messaging, policy implementation, and alignment on people-related initiatives
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of HR policies, compensation structures, and benefits programs that attract and retain talent
  • Support employee onboarding, engagement initiatives, and cultural development programs to create a positive and inclusive workplace environment

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 5 years in a strategic HRBP or similar business partnership role
  • Proven expertise in employee relations, talent management, organizational development, and change management
  • Strong knowledge of Indian employment laws, labor regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Experience with HR information systems (HRIS), HR analytics tools, and data-driven decision making
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze HR metrics, workforce trends, and provide strategic recommendations
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility and influence across all organizational levels
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex HR concepts to diverse audiences
  • Experience in performance management systems, compensation and benefits administration, and recruitment processes
  • Proficiency in customizing HR solutions to meet organizational needs while maintaining policy consistency
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work effectively in matrix organizational structures
  • Preferred experience in multi-site or large organization environments with diverse workforce populations
  • Preferred experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms
