  • Leading and developing a high-performing engineering team while maintaining involvement in technical discussions, architecture decisions, and operational challenges.
  • Removing blockers, improving engineering processes, and creating an environment that enables teams to execute effectively and move quickly.

Who You Are:

Technical & Functional Expertise

  • Strong software engineering background with solid technical foundations and experience building scalable systems.
  • Strong product mindset, with the ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical considerations.

  • Proven experience leading engineering teams while remaining close to technical decision-making and architectural discussions.
  • Fluent in Engilsh (C1-C2).

Leadership & Management

  • Demonstrated ownership mindset with accountability for team outcomes and business impact.
  • Hands-on leader who is comfortable engaging in operational and technical challenges when needed.
  • Execution-focused, with a track record of improving delivery, removing obstacles, and driving results.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
