Sobre a posição 🔥

A posição de Gerente de Contas Técnico(a), tem papel fundamental dentro da equipe de Large/Enterprise Business. Será responsável por apoiar a operação comercial no dia a dia, e contribuir diretamente com o crescimento da Swile.

  • Gestão operacional Monitoramento dos tickets abertos pelos clientes, FUPs e alinhamento de expectativa/retorno com as áreas internas (Care, Logística, Finance, etc.) e clientes.
  • Reuniões de Feedback junto aos clientes e áreas internas após implantação de grandes contas.
  • Apresentar bimestralmente aos clientes os principais chamados (RH e User) e relatórios de uso dos benefícios para possíveis alinhamentos e ajustes de rota.
  • Colher feedbacks junto aos maiores clientes da cia para melhorias operacionais, produtos, processos, etc
  • Apoiar na construção do relacionamento com diversos stakeholders dentro do cliente.
  • Apoiar os Executivos nas demandas de BID´s (análise da documentação, confecção das propostas, inclusão nos sistemas do cliente, Fup´s,)
  • Realizar os chamados e demandas junto as áreas internas Jurídico: Análise e acompanhamento de contratos Marketing: Construção de materiais para prospecção e relacionamento com os clientes. Áreas de suporte: alinhamentos/ajustes de processos, melhorias, reciclagens, etc.
  • Implementar rotinas de monitoramento e alertas para evitar possíveis churn´s
  • Criar playbooks, FAQ´s e realizar reciclagens para reduzir problemas recorrentes junto aos clientes.
  • Gerenciar incidentes críticos e coordenar a resolução junto as áreas internas
  • Gerenciar planos de projeto, marcos e riscos para clientes e clientes em potencial da Swile

Em conjunto com o time, você irá ajudar a alavancar resultados e crescimento da Swile Brasil para o nível máximo.

Requisitos

  • Formação superior completa
  • Conhecimento de CRM (Salesforce e correlatos)
  • Gestão de Projetos
  • Conhecimento do fluxo comercial e jornada do cliente
  • Experiência comercial
