Sobre a posição 🔥

A posição de Sales Executive Senior - Farmer tem papel de Contribuir diretamente com o crescimento da Swile, e com o resultado de chegar ao 1.5M de vidas globalmente, sendo responsável por:

- Gerenciar carteira de clientes Large-Enterprise..

- Identificar oportunidades para vendas com foco no crescimento do portifólio de produtos e na carteira de clientes.

- Gerir o Pipeline / Forecast registrando as principais oportunidades de Cross e Up Sell.

- Acompanhar e atuar em relatórios gerenciais de controles, tais como: atingimento de metas, acompanhamento do churn ou aumento de vidas ativas e soluções de possíveis demandas operacionais.

- Prestar consultoria estratégica para manter o cliente informado sobre o mercado, quais as principais soluções disponíveis e as possíveis mudanças que podem impactar seu negócio.

- Mapear o negócio de seus clientes, estudar seu histórico com a Swile e construir relacionamento com todos os níveis de interlocução.

- Realizar visitas presenciais e virtuais.

- Participar de eventos destinados a construção de relacionamento e abertura de novas oportunidades.

Em conjunto com o time, você irá ajudar a alavancar resultados e crescimento da Swile Brasil para o nivel máximo.

Aqui, você terá autonomia para identificar oportunidades e executar as estratégias adequadas com o momento e desafios!
