Dein Spiel \* In deiner Rolle als Guest Experience Associate bist du unsere Visitenkarte an allen Touchpoints des Casinos. \* Du selektierst und begrüsst die Gäste an den Eintrittsgates, unterstützt wenn nötig beim Check\\-in unter Beachtung des Hausreglements. \* Im Saal bringst du Getränke und Snacks zum Gast und sorgst so für Komfort und eine angenehme Atmosphäre. \* Schwierige Situationen erkennst du früh, unterstützt bei deren Lösung proaktiv und bist damit ein wichtiger Baustein für den sicheren und reibungslosen Spielbetrieb. \* Fragen der Gäste zur Funktion von Slots oder Auszahlautomaten und zu unseren Events kannst du versiert beantworten und bietest deine helfende Hand. \* Als erste/r Ansprechpartner/in auf unseren Floors erkennst du Gästefragen, bevor sie gestellt werden und sorgst so für ein begeisterndes Erlebnis. \* Ausserdem betreust du unser Memberdesk und gibst kompetent Auskunft zu den Vorteilen unseres Memberclubs. Unsere Spielregeln \* Du bist eine flexible Persönlichkeit, die proaktiv auf Menschen zugeht und leicht in Kontakt tritt mit anderen. \* Auch in heiklen Situationen strahlst du Ruhe und Professionalität aus. \* Erfahrung im Umgang mit Gästen und Kunden bringst du mit, idealerweise hast du schon in der Gastronomie, bei Events oder im Handel gearbeitet. \* Eine bestimmte Grundausbildung erwarten wir nicht, Quereinsteiger sind Willkommen, wichtig ist uns dein Auftreten und dein Geschick im Umgang mit Gästen. \* Unsere Schichtarbeit (mit attraktiven Zuschlägen) lässt sich gut mit deinem Sozialleben und deinen Hobbies vereinbaren. Du übernimmst Früh\\-/Mittel\\- oder Spätdienste und bist so an 2\\-3 Tagen pro Woche im Einsatz. \* Deutsch ist deine Muttersprache oder du beherrschst sie fliessend, Englisch und weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil. \* Aufgrund der gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen verfügst du über eine einwandfreien Leumund (Straf\\- und Betreibungsregisterauszüge).
