In dieser berichtest du direkt an unsere CHRO.

Die Swiss Helicopter Group umfasst verschiedene operative Unternehmen im Dienstleistungssektor, die national und international tätig sind. Mit 21 Standorten sind wir in der ganzen Schweiz, im Fürstentum Liechtenstein und in Europa tätig. Die Gruppe beschäftigt insgesamt rund 250 Mitarbeitende in verschiedensten Funktionen. Als grösster privater Arbeitgeber der kommerziellen Helikopterfliegerei betreibt die Swiss Helicopter Group über 40 Helikopter. Zur Gruppe gehören die Tochtergesellschaften Swiss Helicopter AG, Heliswiss International AG, Eliticino\-Tarmac SA, Europavia (Suisse) SA, Swiss Helicopter Maintenance AG, TUAG Triebwerk Unterhalt AG und Swiss Helicopter Engineering AG.

Deine Tätigkeitsfelder

* Bearbeitung operativer Personalthemen

* Führung und Entwicklung des HR\-Teams

* Kompetente Beratung von Führungskräften und HR Business Partnern zu sämtlichen arbeits\- und personalrechtlichen Fragestellungen

* Leitung gesellschaftsübergreifender HR\-Projekte

* Harmonisierung und Digitalisierung des Bereiches HR Operations

Deine Erfahrungen und Fähigkeiten

* Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Human Resources, Betriebswirtschaft oder gleichwertige Ausbildung

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im operativen Personalwesen sowie in der Leitung von HR\-Projekten und Teamführung

* Fundiertes Wissen im Schweizer Arbeits\- und Sozialversicherungsrecht

* Selbständige, detailorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohen Qualitäts\- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
