Behandlung auf höchstem Niveau, hochklassige medizinische Betreuung und Versorgung, kompetente Pflege in einer familiäreren, privaten Atmosphäre mit Hotelkomfort, Hingabe, Gewissenhaftigkeit und absolute Diskretion – dafür steht die Privatklinik Bethanien. Rund 340 Belegärztinnen und -ärzte aus verschiedenen Fachrichtungen sorgen für eine hochstehende, integrierte medizinische Versorgung. Zu den wichtigsten Fachgebieten gehören Orthopädie, Viszeral- und Thoraxchirurgie, Urologie, Gynäkologie und Geburt, Gastroenterologie, Kardiologie, Pneumologie und innere Medizin inkl. Onkologie. In der Geburtenabteilung kommen jährlich rund 500 Kinder zur Welt. Die 1912 gegründete Privatklinik Bethanien ist ein Teil der Schweizer Privatklinikgruppe Swiss Medical Network.

Stellenbeschreibung

Wir suchen für unsere Überwachungsstation, IPS / IMC/ Aufwachraum/ Tagesklinik eine engagierte, fachkompetente und belastbare Persönlichkeit, die mit Herz und Professionalität zur optimalen Betreuung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten beiträgt. In einem abwechslungsreichen und anspruchsvollen Arbeitsumfeld übernehmen Sie Verantwortung, arbeiten interdisziplinär und bringen Ihre Fähigkeiten aktiv in verschiedene Bereiche ein.

  • Professionelle Pflege und Betreuung unserer Patienten unterschiedlicher Fachrichtungen
  • Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung des gesamten Pflegeprozesses sowie einer hohen Pflegequalität
  • Kontinuierliche Überwachung und Beurteilung des Patientenzustandes sowie frühzeitiges Erkennen von Veränderungen
  • Bereichsübergreifendes Arbeiten im Aufwachraum, auf der IMC, in der Tagesklinik und bei Notfallaufnahmen
  • Enge interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Belegärztinnen und Belegärzten sowie anderen Berufsgruppen
  • Mitarbeit im Reanimationsteam der Klinik
  • Übernahme des Management of Duty (Organisation von Notfällen, Patientenzimmer-Management)
  • Fachgerechte Durchführung von medizintechnischen Massnahmen und Pflegeinterventionen
  • Anleitung und Unterstützung von neuen Mitarbeitenden sowie Lernenden/Studierenden
  • Lückenlose und korrekte Pflegedokumentation

Qualifikationen

  • Weiterbildung NDS Intensivpflege
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Eine selbständige, kompetente Persönlichkeit mit Bereitschaft Verantwortung zu übernehmen, kooperativ im Team mitzuwirken und dieses fachlich zu unterstützen
  • Fähigkeit zur situationsspezifischen Anwendung von Fach-, Sozial-, Selbstkompetenz
  • Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Flexibilität und physische sowie psychische Belastbarkeit
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Engagement und eine hohe Servicebereitschaft
