Die Privatklinik Siloah in Gümligen kommt dank ihrer langjährigen, ausgewiesenen Expertise und Kompetenz in den verschiedenen Sparten der Chirurgie im Gesundheitssektor der Region Bern eine tragende Rolle zu. Dabei setzen wir uns für eine qualitativ hochstehende, innovative und patientenorientierte Versorgung ein. Rund 50 Belegärztinnen und Belegärzte und mehr als 70 Mitarbeitende bieten Patientinnen und Patienten erstklassige medizinische Betreuung in den Fachgebieten Orthopädie, Neurochirurgie, HNO und Allgemein- und Viszeralchirurgie an.

Wir sind ein aufgestelltes, motiviertes Team und suchen für unser neu gegründetes Team Patientenadministration eine engagierte, kompetente sowie teamfähige Persönlichkeit.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Mitaufbau und Festigung von Prozessen im Bereich Patientenadministration
  • Sicherstellung der Leistungserfassung und der korrekten Verrechnung der erbrachten Leistungen
  • Erstellen der Abrechnungen nach gültigen Tarifen und Verträgen
  • Erfassung und Kontrolle der Arzthonorare nach vorgegebenen Tarifen
  • Einholen aller nötigen Unterlagen für die Codierung
  • Überwachung der Kostengutsprachen und Depotzahlungen
  • Erstellen von Kostenvoranschlägen
  • Bearbeitung von Rechnungsrückweisungen und Mithilfe in der Debitorenbewirtschaftung
  • Überwachung der statistischen Analysen mit Business Partner Controlling
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Patienten, Versicherungen, Belegärzten und internen bzw. gruppenübergreifenden Schnittstellen

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Gesundheitswesen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im schweizerischen Tarifwesen sowie Krankenversicherungsgesetz
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Belastbare und flexible Persönlichkeit mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamorientiertes und verantwortungsvolles Arbeiten
  • Gepflegtes und sicheres Auftreten
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch, gute mündliche Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse sind hilfreich
