Intégré à Swiss Medical Network depuis 2024, MotionLab bénéficie d'un accès privilégié à l'un des plus importants réseaux de santé privés de Suisse. Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités sur l'Arc lémanique, MotionLab renforce aujourd’hui son équipe de physiothérapie sur son site de Genolier, en étroite collaboration avec les spécialistes de la Clinique de Genolier, établissement reconnu pour son expertise en orthopédie, chirurgie du rachis et médecine du sport.

Nous recherchons un(e) Physiothérapeute Senior ou junior souhaitant évoluer dans un environnement dynamique, innovant et orienté vers l'excellence clinique, tout en participant activement au développement des prestations et des projets de MotionLab.

Description du poste

En tant que Physiothérapeute, vous serez amené(e) à :

Activités cliniques

  • Prendre en charge des patients hospitalisés.
  • Assurer le traitement de patients ambulatoires en rééducation pelvi-périnéale.
  • Participer au développement de l’activité ambulatoire et des prestations spécialisées.
  • Gérer des situations cliniques complexes, chroniques ou présentant des échecs thérapeutiques.
  • Assurer la coordination avec les médecins prescripteurs et les différents intervenants du parcours de soins.
  • Développer une expertise spécifique dans votre domaine.

Leadership et développement

  • Définir et faire évoluer les standards de prise en charge, protocoles et recommandations internes.
  • Garantir la qualité et la cohérence des traitements au sein de l’équipe.
  • Assurer un rôle de référent clinique dans votre domaine d’expertise.
  • Être impliqué(e) dans la dynamique et le management de l’équipe.
  • Contribuer à la création et au développement du réseau professionnel de MotionLab.
  • Participer à la gestion de projets liés aux prestations du centre.
  • Contribuer au développement de nouvelles offres et à la croissance de l’activité.

Qualifications

  • Diplôme de physiothérapeute suisse ou titre équivalent reconnu par la Croix-Rouge suisse.
  • Expérience confirmée dans le domaine de la rééducation pelvi-perinéale.
  • Formation complémentaire en rééducation pelvi-périnéale.(atout).
  • Désir de s’engager dans la promotion de soins de haute qualité
  • Leadership naturel et goût pour la transmission des connaissances.
  • Dynamisme, esprit d’initiative et sens des responsabilités.
  • Autonomie, flexibilité, polyvalence et engagement.
  • Sens de l’organisation et aptitude au travail en équipe.
  • Grande capacité d’adaptation.
  • Intérêt marqué pour l’innovation, les nouvelles technologies et l’approche multidisciplinaire.
