Dans le cadre du développement de notre activité, nous recherchons un(e) \\Secrétaire médical(e)\\ pour renforcer notre équipe et contribuer à la qualité de l'accueil et du suivi administratif de nos patients. ### Responsabilités \* Accueillir les patients avec professionnalisme, empathie et bienveillance. \* Assurer la gestion des appels téléphoniques et des demandes de renseignements. \* Organiser et coordonner les rendez\\-vous des patients et des médecins. \* Gérer les dossiers administratifs et médicaux dans le respect de la confidentialité. \* Préparer les consultations, assurer le suivi des documents et coordonner les échanges avec les différents intervenants. \* Effectuer la saisie et la mise à jour des données dans les outils informatiques. \* Assurer la facturation et le suivi administratif des prestations \* Collaborer étroitement avec les médecins, physiothérapeutes et autres professionnels de santé. \* Participer au bon fonctionnement quotidien et à l'amélioration continue de l'accueil des patients. ### Qualifications \* Diplôme de secrétaire médicale ou formation équivalente. \* Expérience professionnelle dans un cabinet médical, une clinique ou un environnement de santé en Suisse. \* Très bonne maîtrise du français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit. \* La maîtrise de l'anglais constitue un atout. \* Bonne connaissance des outils bureautiques et aisance avec les logiciels de gestion médicale. \* Connaissance des processus administratifs et de facturation du système de santé suisse. \* Excellent sens de l'organisation, rigueur et capacité à gérer les priorités. \* Excellentes qualités relationnelles, discrétion et respect absolu du secret professionnel. \* Esprit d'équipe, autonomie et attitude orientée vers le service. ### Benefits \* Un environnement de travail moderne, dynamique et à taille humaine. \* Une collaboration au sein d'une équipe interdisciplinaire passionnée et engagée. \* Un cadre professionnel fondé sur la bienveillance, la collaboration et le respect. \* Des tâches variées et une fonction au contact direct des patients. \* La possibilité de contribuer activement au développement d'une structure médicale innovante. ### Application information Vous souhaitez rejoindre Swiss Ortho Clinic et contribuer à offrir une prise en charge de qualité à nos patients ?
