Das kannst du bewirken

- Du leitest zwei Teams mit insgesamt rund 20 Mitarbeitenden und 2 Teamleitern in fachlicher und personeller Hinsicht. Die Führungsspanne kann sich mit der Zeit verändern.

- Mit deiner verantwortlichen Persönlichkeit bist du für die Wertschöpfungskette im Bereich Packing und einer Kundenabteilung mit dem gesamten Materialfluss von Wareneingang bis Warenausgang verantwortlich.

- Du planst und koordinierst die Einsätze deines Teams. Zusätzlich stellst du die korrekte Leistungserfassung sowie die operative Führung mittels Kennzahlen und Reportings sicher.

- Gemeinsam mit dem Führungsteam bist du für die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Dienstleistungsqualität und der Effizienzsteigerung im Lagerbereich zuständig. Dabei führst und begleitest du als lösungsorientierte Person den ganzen Prozess.

- In den bestehenden Prozessen erkennst du Optimierungspotenziale und setzt entsprechende Verbesserungsmassnahmen um.

Das bringst du mit

- Du verfügst idealerweise über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik sowie eine entsprechende Weiterbildung.

- Deine Führungserfahrung hilft dir, rasch in der neuen Funktion Fuss zu fassen, zudem überzeugst du mit organisatorischem Flair und Flexibilität und behältst auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick.

- Du stellst den Beitrag als Team über deine eigenen Ziele, setzt die richtigen Prioritäten und kommunizierst sachlich und transparent.

- Mit deinem Talent für konstruktive Konfliktlösungen stellst du eine speditive und kosteneffiziente Arbeitsweise sicher.

- Du kommunizierst mündlich und schriftlich sehr gut auf Deutsch. Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
