Die Prävensana ist eine Fachschule für Gesundheitsberufe mit drei Standorten und über 1000 Studierenden in der Deutschschweiz. Sie ist eine Tochtergesellschaft der Vantage Education Group.

Deine Aufgaben: * Du planst alle Dozenten\-Einsätze, vergibst die Aufträge und erstellst final die Lehrgangsdatenpläne für alle unsere Standorte * Du implementierst die neuen Klassen und deren Module in das Planungssystem und nimmst Korrekturen sowie Löschungen vor * Du erstellst alle Stundenpläne für die Studierenden * Du führst Statistiken, bearbeitest Korrespondenz und verrechnest Ausbildungskosten an die Standorte

Das bringst du mit: * Kaufmännische Grundbildung oder gleichwertig * Qualifizierte Berufserfahrung in einer Funktion mit organisatorischen Aufgaben * Fundierte Kenntnisse der MS Office Produkte, vorwiegend in Excel * Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Das bist du: * Du arbeitest ebenso gerne konzentriert und fokussiert in planerischen und organisatorischen Aufgaben, wie du den direkten Kontakt mit internen Stellen und Mitarbeitenden magst * Du schätzt es, den Überblick über deinen Aufgabenbereich zu behalten und die Zusammenhänge in der Planung zu erkennen und zu verstehen * Der Austausch mit Menschen ist dir in deinem Arbeitsumfeld wichtig und du gehst mit Verständnis und Bedacht auf deren Bedürfnisse ein, sofern aufgrund der organisatorischen Vorgaben möglich
