Zur Verstärkung des Küchenteams der Swiss Re Gastronomy im Swiss Re Centre for Global Dialogue in Rüschlikon suchen wir eine engagierte und leidenschaftliche Persönlichkeit als Chef de Partie. Eintritt per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben • Selbstständige Vorbereitung, Organisation und Führung auf verschiedenen Posten zur Sicherstellung eines professionellen, kreativen und nachhaltigen Bankettservices • Umsetzung unserer nachhaltigen Gastronomiestrategie im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres gesamten kulinarischen Angebots • Weitergabe von Fachwissen an Lernende sowie Übernahme einer Vorbildfunktion in deren Entwicklung • Die Arbeitstage sind bei einem 80% Pensum Montag bis Donnerstag, bei einem 100%-Pensum zusätzlich Freitag • Flexible Arbeitszeiten zwischen 07:00 und 22:00 Uhr im Schichtbetrieb (Durchdienst möglich, Zimmerstunde optional) • Sporadische Einsätze am Hauptsitz in Zürich sowie gelegentliche Wochenenddienste

In einem Küchenteam von rund 25 Mitarbeitenden und Lernenden gestalten Sie ein vielseitiges kulinarisches Angebot für interne und externe Veranstaltungen – von Apéros über Lunches und Dinners bis hin zu Grossanlässen und Buffets. Dabei profitieren unsere Gäste von einer breiten Auswahl an kreativen Konzepten in unterschiedlichen Locations.

Was Sie mitbringen • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin sowie mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung • Strukturierte, selbstständige und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Einsatzbereitschaft • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit wertschätzendem Kommunikationsstil und ausgeprägter Sozialkompetenz • Interesse und Engagement für das Thema Nachhaltigkeit sowie deren Umsetzung im Berufsalltag • Motivation, sich weiterzuentwickeln und Verantwortung zu übernehmen • Gute mündliche Deutschkenntnisse
