Tu es responsable du développement de notre domaine de croissance « infrastructure du réseau électrique » en Suisse romande. Grâce à ton expérience dans le secteur de l’énergie, tu développes activement des relations avec la clientèle, tu acquiers de nouveaux projets et tu les accompagnes de la phase d’offre à la réalisation jusqu’à leur aboutissement avec succès. Tu collabores étroitement avec la clientèle, les communes, les fournisseurs d’énergie ainsi qu’avec les équipes internes et tu contribues de manière significative au développement de notre présence sur le marché

  • Fort potentiel de développement dans un nouveau domaine d’activité
  • Liberté d’entreprendre et grande marge de manœuvre
  • Projets variés sur les niveaux de réseau 5, 6 et 7
  • Collaboration avec la clientèle, les communes et les fournisseurs d’énergie
  • Outils de travail modernes et mode de travail flexible

Tes compétences

  • Plusieurs années d’expérience en infrastructure du réseau électrique ou en approvisionnement en énergie
  • Expérience en gestion de projet ainsi qu’en acquisition de projets clients
  • Connaissances en pose de câbles, postes de transformation ou cabines de distribution
  • Formation technique de base complétée par une formation continue en énergie ou en gestion de projet, idéalement maître électricien de réseau
  • Bonne connaissance du marché en Suisse romande ainsi que disponibilité à te déplacer en Suisse romande
  • Esprit entrepreneurial et forte initiative personnelle
  • Sens de la communication et aisance face à la clientèle et aux partenaires
  • Méthode de travail structurée, orientée solutions et autonome
  • Esprit d’équipe et plaisir à développer des relations clients durables
  • Très bonnes connaissances du français (au minimum niveau C1), combinées avec l’allemand (B2, courant) ou l’anglais (B2, courant)
