Dans ce rôle, tu soutiens les personnes utilisatrices et résous les problèmes Workplace niveau deux chez un grand client du secteur horloger. Sur site et à distance, tu prends en charge le support et les postes de travail. Tu assures une résolution rapide des incidents et des demandes pour offrir une expérience fluide. Les environnements Microsoft, notamment Windows, Microsoft 365 et Active Directory, sont sous ta responsabilité pour garantir leur bon fonctionnement. Enfin, tu installes, dépannes et entretiens le parc informatique, des postes fixes et mobiles aux applications et périphériques.

  • Assurer le support sur site niveau deux et par téléphone niveau un en débordement du centre de support
  • Résoudre rapidement les incidents et répondre aux demandes des personnes utilisatrices
  • Installer, dépanner et maintenir le parc informatique (postes fixes et mobiles, applications et périphériques)
  • Maintenir et dépanner les environnements Windows, Microsoft 365 et Active Directory
  • Informer la clientèle de l’avancement des requêtes et respecter les niveaux de service

Tes compétences

  • Diplôme (EPF/Uni/HES) en informatique ou titre jugé équivalent
  • Plusieurs années d’expérience dans un rôle similaire
  • Solide maîtrise des environnements Windows, Microsoft 365 et Active Directory
  • Bonnes connaissances des systèmes, réseaux et des pratiques de sécurité
  • Excellente communication, sens du service et capacité à expliquer clairement des informations techniques
  • Autonomie, fiabilité et adaptabilité à des environnements variés
  • Esprit d’équipe et collaboration étroite avec la clientèle et les collègues
  • Très bon français et bon anglais
