Unsere Mandantin ist eine etablierte Organisation mit einem wichtigen gesellschaftlichen Auftrag im Raum Solothurn. Zur Verstärkung des interdisziplinären Ärzteteams suchen wir eine engagierte und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit. Die Position bietet attraktive Rahmenbedingungen, flexible Arbeitsmodelle sowie die Möglichkeit, bis zu 50 % im Homeoffice zu arbeiten.

Aufgaben

  • Beurteilung der Arbeits- und Eingliederungsfähigkeit von Menschen anhand von Gesprächen, Akten und medizinischen Untersuchungen
  • Erstellung von versicherungsmedizinischen Stellungnahmen und medizinischen Beurteilungen
  • Fachliche Unterstützung und Beratung von Versicherungs- und Eingliederungsfachpersonen
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit behandelnden Ärztinnen und Ärzten sowie weiteren Anspruchsgruppen
  • Mitwirkung bei der raschen und fundierten Klärung von Leistungsansprüchen
  • Analyse komplexer medizinischer Fragestellungen und Erarbeitung nachvollziehbarer Entscheidungen
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten, Schulungen oder weiteren Fachthemen

Profil

  • Facharzttitel in Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie oder andere medizinische Fachrichtung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Interesse an versicherungsmedizinischen und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und vernetzte Denkweise
  • Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
  • Hohe Entscheidungs- und Verantwortungsbereitschaft
  • Loyale, konstruktive und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Für diese Funktion ist keine Berufsausübungsbewilligung (BAB) erforderlich.
