Deine Aufgaben

  • Kundenbetreuung: Pflege und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
  • Neukundengewinnung: Akquisition und Aufbau neuer Kundenkontakte
  • Verkauf und Beratung: Präsentation und Verkauf von Produkten und Dienstleistungen
  • Umsatzverantwortung: Erreichung der vereinbarten Verkaufs\- und Umsatzziele
  • Gebietsmanagement: Selbstständige Planung und Organisation der Kundenbesuche
  • Angebotsmanagement: Erstellung, Nachverfolgung und Verhandlung von Angeboten
  • Marktbeobachtung: Analyse von Markttrends, Kundenbedürfnissen und Wettbewerbern
  • Administration und Reporting: Dokumentation der Kundenbesuche, CRM\-Pflege und Verkaufsberichte

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, vorzugsweise im Maschinenbau, Anlage\-, Apparatebau
  • Kaufmännische oder technische Weiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Verkauf Aussendienst im Industriebereich
  • Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch/Englisch und ösisch mindestens B2
  • Schnelle Auffassungsvermögen, Zielorientierung und hohe Eigeninitiative
  • Unternehmerisches, strukturierter und lösungsorientiertes Denken
  • Kommunikations\- und Verhandlungsstärke
  • Fundierte MS\-Office und ERP\-Erfahrung (vorzugsweise SelectLine)
