Senior IT Project Manager (80%) - 1650**

Sorge für Strom in der Schweiz

In dieser spannenden Funktion spielst du eine zentrale Rolle in der Transformation und Weiterentwicklung unseres Unternehmens. Du verantwortest die professionelle Abwicklung und Zielerreichung der IT-Projekte im Bereich Grid Infrastructure und trägst damit massgeblich zur Erreichung unserer Unternehmensziele bei. Du übernimmst dabei folgende Aufgaben:

  • Planung und aktive Führung von IT-Projekten mit agilen und klassischen Projektmanagementmethoden für die Erreichung der Ziele in Bezug auf Scope, Termine, Kosten und Qualität über alle Phasen des Projekts hinweg
  • Führung von Projektteams für eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit in Projekten und mit den Fachbereichen
  • Professionelles Management der Lieferanten und Erstellung der Ausschreibungsunterlagen
  • Stufengerechte und zuverlässige Kommunikation sowie konsequentes Stakeholder-Management
  • Sicherstellung der Projektberichterstattung und Überführung der Projekte in den Betrieb
  • Erarbeitung von komplexen Projektanträgen und finanziellen Analysen

Für die Stelle als Senior IT Project Manager suchen wir eine extrovertierte Persönlichkeit mit viel Freude am Umgang mit Menschen. Du bewahrst auch in hektischen Situationen Ruhe und zeichnest dich aus durch hohe Zielorientierung, Lösungsorientierung und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit. Darüber hinaus bringst du Folgendes mit:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von komplexen IT-, Prozess- und Organisationsprojekten Grundverständnis für Business-Prozessanalyse sowie Fähigkeiten für Requirements Engineering, Test- und Lieferantenmanagement
  • Du hast Freude am Präsentieren vor unterschiedlichem Publikum auf verschiedensten Hierarchie-Stufen und verfügst über starke Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit und Integrität sind für dich selbstverständlich
  • Ein Händchen für Teamdynamik und die Fähigkeit, "frischen Wind" ins Team zu bringen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
