Für unseren Kunden suchen wir folgende Persönlichkeit:

Bau- und Projektleiter (m/w/d) | 80–100 %

Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

- Selbstständige Planung, Leitung und Koordination anspruchsvoller Bauprojekte von der Projektierung bis zur erfolgreichen Übergabe.

- Verantwortung für Qualität, Kosten, Termine und die wirtschaftliche Umsetzung der Bauvorhaben.

- Führung und Koordination sämtlicher Projektbeteiligten, Fachplaner, Unternehmer und Behörden.

- Durchführung von Ausschreibungen, Vergaben, Vertragsverhandlungen und Kostenkontrollen.

- Überwachung der Bauausführung, Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften sowie Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards.

- Kompetente Beratung und Betreuung der Bauherrschaft während sämtlicher Projektphasen.

Ihr Profil und Ihre Qualifikationen

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bauleiter, Architekt, Bauingenieur, Techniker HF oder eine vergleichbare bautechnische Qualifikation.

- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der selbstständigen Bau- und Projektleitung.

- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Schweizer Baubranche, SIA-Normen und Bauprozesse.

- Unternehmerisches Denken, ausgeprägtes Kosten- und Qualitätsbewusstsein.

- Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und überzeugende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.

- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Sozialkompetenz.
