Dein Verantwortungsbereich

  • Telefonisch stehst du als erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden zur Verfügung und sorgst für eine lösungsorientierte Kommunikation
  • Gemeinsam mit Vertriebspartnerinnen und Vertriebspartnern sowie Partnergesellschaften führst du die Qualitätssicherung durch und bearbeitest Vertragsstörungen bis zur vollständigen Behebung
  • Eingehende E-Mails bearbeitest du eigenständig im Rahmen deines Aufgabengebietes und leitest Beratungswünsche gezielt an die zuständigen Vertriebspartnerinnen und Vertriebspartner weiter
  • Die strukturierte Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung offener Vorgänge gehört ebenfalls zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich

Deine Stärken

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Kauffrau bzw. zum Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Versicherung und Finanzen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bringst du mit
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Kundenberatung oder im Vertriebsumfeld gesammelt
  • Im Umgang mit Kundinnen und Kunden überzeugst du durch ein serviceorientiertes Auftreten und ein sicheres, freundliches Kommunikationsverhalten
  • Auch in herausfordernden Situationen behältst du den Überblick und arbeitest strukturiert und lösungsorientiert
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab
