Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die persönliche Betreuung und den Empfang der Kunden und Lieferanten vor Ort.
  • Du bearbeitest E-Mails, Anliegen sowie Reklamationen professionell und freundlich.
  • Du verarbeitest die digitale sowie die physische Post inkl. Verpacken und Versenden (Posteingang und Postausgang).
  • Du Stellst zusammen im Team die telefonische Betreuung der Mieter, Eigentümer und Lieferanten sicher und leitest eingehende Calls innerhalb der Unternehmung weiter.
  • Du erstellst schriftliche "Cases" im Salesforce, sodass die Bewirtschaftung damit weiterarbeiten kann.
  • Du koordinierst und administrierst unsere Livit Fahrzeugflotte inklusive der Herausgabe der Fahrzeugschlüssel.
  • Du nimmst Mietverträge, Kündigungen, Reklamationen und weitere Dokumente entgegen und leitest diese entsprechend weiter.
  • Du bewirtschaftest unser Verbrauchs- und Büromaterial und kümmerst dich um die entsprechenden Bestellungen.

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung im Dienstleistungsbereich mit.
  • Du kannst in Deutsch und Englisch adäquat mündlich und schriftlich kommunizieren (jede weitere Landessprache ist von Vorteil).
  • Du lebst die Werte der Kundenorientierung, kommunizierst professionell und hast Freude im Umgang mit Menschen.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und behältst auch in hektischen Zeiten den Überblick.
  • Du bringst eine Affinität zur Technologie mit und kannst neue Technologien anwenden.
