Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen erfahrenen Senior Business Analyst (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Vertriebsstammdaten und \-prozesse. In dieser Rolle wirst du Teil eines interdisziplinären Kernteams und unterstützt eine strategische Initiative zur Weiterentwicklung der Stammdaten\- und Prozesslandschaft.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Analyse, Erhebung und Dokumentation bestehender Vertriebsstammdaten, Geschäftsprozesse und IT\-Systemlandschaften.
  • Entwicklung von Zielbildern und Soll\-Prozessen mit Fokus auf Kunden\- und Vertragsmanagement, Angebotskatalogmanagement sowie Referenzdatenmanagement.
  • Identifikation von Optimierungs\- und Automatisierungspotenzialen zur nachhaltigen Reduktion von Komplexität.
  • Erhebung, Konsolidierung und Dokumentation fachlicher und technischer Anforderungen in enger Abstimmung mit relevanten Stakeholdern.
  • Unterstützung bei der Evaluation, Auswahl und Einführung nachhaltiger Lösungen, einschliesslich Ausschreibungen und Proof\-of\-Concepts.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertriebs\-, Fach\- und IT\-Abteilungen sowie Koordination mit parallelen Projekten und Initiativen.
  • Erstellung fundierter Entscheidungsgrundlagen, darunter Business Cases, Aufwandsschätzungen und Risikoanalysen.
  • Vorbereitung und Moderation von Workshops sowie Präsentation von Ergebnissen und Handlungsempfehlungen auf Managementebene.
  • Einbringen aktueller Markttrends und Best Practices im Bereich Kunden\- und Vertragsmanagement.

Requirements:

Job Requirements

  • Mehrjährige, fundierte Erfahrung als Business Analyst in komplexen Projekten, vorzugsweise im Bankenumfeld oder einer vergleichbaren Branche.
  • Erfahrung auf Senior\-Expert\-Niveau, idealerweise mit mindestens 12 Jahren relevanter Berufserfahrung.
  • Tiefgehendes Verständnis von Vertriebsprozessen, Stammdatenmanagement sowie Kunden\- und Vertragsmanagement.
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und strategische Fähigkeiten zur Entwicklung von Zielbildern, Fachkonzepten und Business Cases.
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in komplexen Projekten mit zahlreichen Schnittstellen und unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in UML, BPMN und Prozessmanagementmethoden.
  • Solides Verständnis moderner Technologien, Datenstrukturen und IT\-Systemarchitekturen.
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit agilen und interdisziplinären Teams.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Jira, Confluence oder vergleichbaren agilen Projektmanagementtools.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel und PowerPoint zur Erstellung professioneller Analysen und Managementpräsentationen.
  • Hervorragende Kommunikations\- und Moderationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich aufzubereiten.
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf C2\-Niveau sowie Englischkenntnisse mindestens auf B1\-Niveau.
