PMO Specialist / Projektmanagement\-Officer (m/w/d) – 100%

Job description:

  • Erstellen und Überarbeiten von PowerPoint\-Präsentationen für Management\- und Steuerungsgremien sowie adressatengerechtes Aufbereiten komplexer Inhalte und Entscheidungsgrundlagen.
  • Sicherstellen eines einheitlichen, professionellen Erscheinungsbilds der Präsentationen gemäss den internen Standards.
  • Planen und Koordinieren von Gremiensitzungen und bereichsübergreifenden Abstimmungen sowie Einholen und Konsolidieren der Beiträge aus Teams und Fachbereichen.
  • Erstellen von Traktandenlisten, Protokollen sowie Entscheidungs\- und Pendenzenübersichten inklusive konsequenter Nachverfolgung.
  • Konsolidieren von Statusberichten und Pflegen von Meilensteinplänen und programmweiten Roadmaps in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Programmleitung.
  • Erkennen und transparentes Darstellen von Abhängigkeiten zwischen Streams, Teams und Fachbereichen.
  • Pflegen von PMO\-Standards, Vorlagen und Ablagestrukturen in Confluence und SharePoint sowie Unterstützen beim On\- und Offboarding von Projektmitarbeitenden.

Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Projektadministration, Planung und der Erstellung hochwertiger Management\-Präsentationen.

  • Start: 23\. November 2026
  • Einsatzdauer: bis 31\. Dezember 2028
  • Pensum: 100%
  • Vertragsart: Personalverleih über Swisslinx
  • Homeoffice / WFH: 2 Tage pro Woche

Requirements:

  • Mehr als fünf Jahre Erfahrung in der Projektadministration oder im PMO, idealerweise innerhalb eines grossen, komplexen Programms.
  • Nachweislich starke Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Management\- und Gremienpräsentationen sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte prägnant und verständlich aufzubereiten.
  • Sehr sicherer Umgang mit MS PowerPoint, insbesondere bei Management\-Präsentationen, Roadmaps und Entscheidungsgrundlagen.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel, Teams, SharePoint, OneNote und Confluence.
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Projektmanagement\-Grundlagen, insbesondere zu Meilensteinen, Risiken, Issues und Statusberichten.
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und eine sorgfältige, vernetzte Arbeitsweise.
  • Deutsch auf Niveau C2, mündlich und schriftlich.
