Private Equity Operations Specialist (100%)

Job description:

  • Selbstständige Verarbeitung und Verbuchung von Limited\-Partnership\-Investments und Private\-Equity\-Fonds
  • Berechnung und Abwicklung von Kapitalabrufen (Capital Calls) sowie Ausschüttungen (Distributions)
  • Berechnung von Nettoinventarwerten (NAV) und Veranlassung entsprechender Preisaktualisierungen
  • Durchführung von Abstimmungen und Kontrollen von Limited\-Partnership\-Investments und Private\-Equity\-Fonds sowie Klärung allfälliger Differenzen
  • Bereitstellung aktueller und präziser Produktinformationen für interne Kundenberater sowie Kunden
  • Sicherstellung einer termingerechten, sorgfältigen und qualitativ einwandfreien Abwicklung sämtlicher administrativer Prozesse

Requirements:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise im Banken\- oder Finanzdienstleistungsumfeld * Erste Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung sowie ein gutes Verständnis für finanzielle und administrative Abläufe * Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Microsoft Office * Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie eine selbstständige, lösungs\- und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern * Zuverlässige, flexible und motivierte Persönlichkeit mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein * Fähigkeit, auch unter Zeitdruck sorgfältig und effizient zu arbeiten und bei wiederkehrenden Aufgaben höchste Genauigkeit sicherzustellen * Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Teamfähigkeit und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1–C2\) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B2\) in Wort und Schrift j4id10474969jm j4it1145jm j4iy26jm
