Senior Business Analyst / Data Steward (m/w/d) – 100 %

Job description:

  • Du analysierst, erhebst und dokumentierst fachliche Anforderungen an Datenprodukte, Datenplattformen und Reports.
  • Du untersuchst Datenbestände mittels SQL, identifizierst Zusammenhänge und unterstützt die Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität.
  • Du definierst und überprüfst fachliche Datenqualitätsregeln, Qualitätsmetriken und Anforderungen an Datenmodelle.
  • Du begleitest die fachliche Ausgestaltung von Data Contracts, Datenreplikationen und Datenprodukten.
  • Du verantwortest die Beschreibung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung fachlicher Metadaten sowie relevanter Dokumentationen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Fachbereichen, Systemarchitekten, Entwicklungsteams und weiteren Stakeholdern zusammen.
  • Du führst Business Analysen und Requirements Engineering durch und übersetzt komplexe Geschäftsanforderungen in umsetzbare Lösungen.
  • Du übernimmst vorübergehend klassische Product\-Owner\-Aufgaben wie Backlog\-Management, Priorisierung und Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern im SAFe\-Umfeld.

About the customer:

In dieser vielseitigen Position gestaltest du die fachliche Weiterentwicklung von Datenprodukten, optimierst Datenqualität und Datenprozesse und bildest die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen, IT\-Architektur und Entwicklungsteams.

Zusätzlich übernimmst du in der Anfangsphase Aufgaben im Product Ownership innerhalb eines agilen SAFe\-Umfelds. Mittelfristig liegt dein Schwerpunkt auf Business Analysis und Data Stewardship.

Requirements:

* Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Business Analysis, Data Management, Data Stewardship oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion. * Fundiertes Verständnis der Schweizer Versicherungsbranche, insbesondere in den Bereichen Vertragsführung, Vertrieb, Geschäftsprozesse und Datenflüsse. * Ausgewiesene Erfahrung im Requirements Engineering sowie in der fachlichen Analyse und Dokumentation komplexer Anforderungen. * Sehr gute SQL\-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Analyse und Interpretation von Daten. * Kenntnisse in Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Contracts und Metadatenmanagement. * Erfahrung mit Power BI sowie Kenntnisse in Databricks, Oracle Database und Azure SQL. * Erfahrung als Product Owner oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle im agilen Umfeld, idealerweise mit SAFe. * Analytische, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein. * Kommunikationsstärke und Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären und internationalen Teams. * Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. j4id10454234jm j4it1043jm j4iy26jm
