Wir suchen dich – Recruiter:in mit Herz, Verstand und deutscher Muttersprache (mindestens Niveau C1, Schweizerdeutsch stark bevorzugt)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Top-Talente über LinkedIn, ATS-Systeme und innovative Sourcing-Tools finden und direkt ansprechen
  • Eng mit Kunden zusammenarbeiten, um ihre Bedürfnisse zu verstehen und passende Recruiting-Strategien zu entwickeln
  • Kandidaten vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Vertragsabschluss begleiten – und dabei für eine positive Candidate Experience sorgen
  • Markttrends in IT, Finanzwesen, Life Sciences oder anderen Schlüsselbranchen im Blick behalten
  • Dein Netzwerk zu Kandidaten und Branchenexperten stetig erweitern und pflege

Your profile

  • Deutsch als Muttersprache (mindestens C1, Schweizerdeutsch von Vorteil)
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen wie Französisch sind ein Plus
  • Erste oder mehrjährige Erfahrung im Recruiting – idealerweise in IT, Finanzwesen oder Life Sciences
  • Erfahrung mit ATS-Systemen, LinkedIn Recruiter und weiteren Sourcing-Tools
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung im gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess – von der Bedarfsklärung bis zum Vertragsabschluss
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld Prioritäten zu setzen
